Uniacke Estates - Wetland Trail


Directions:


From Halifax take Highway 101 towards Windsor and take Exit 3. Turn left from Exit 3 on Highway 1 and drive 9km, through Mount Uniacke to the Estate entrance on the left side of the road. Follow signs from the parking lot to the trail head.

Description:

This is the longest of the Uniacke Estate trails and will take about 6 hours to complete. The Wetlands trail begins from the Post Road Trail at Black Brook and loops back to the Post Road Trail.

The trail passes by, lakes, brooks and giant boulders, plus keep an eye out for wildlife. There are maps available at the museum.
