Uisge Ban Falls

Directions:

Take Exit 9 off the Trans Canada Highway and follow the sign for Forks Baddeck, crossing a single lane bridge while keeping right. Eventually, you will come to a sign pointing out the park, drive down that road until you encounter the park.

Description:

After leaving the parking area you come to a fork in the trail, The Falls Trail is more direct but the River Trail is nicer although it is half an hour longer. There are a few benches along this trail if you want to rest. The trail eventually crosses Falls Brook on a bridge, there is a bench here too. You can feel the mist can cool air as you approach the 50 ft falls. You need to scramble on the rocks to get the best view of the falls. On the return route you can take the other route in the fork.
