Risser's Beach Provincial Park

Directions:

About 25mins from Bridgewater on the 331 highway towards Green Bay there is a sign pointing to Risser's parking lot.

Description:

Once you cross under the highway through a tunnel you will see a couple of choices of where to go. You could head straight out for the beach, check out the exhibit building, grab an ice cream at the canteen or go for a walk on the board walk. You should check out the exhibit before heading out that way you can identify some of the wildlife while you walk along and see where you are in the cool aerial photos. The 3/4 of a mile boardwalk takes you on a nice stroll through the salt marsh and ends at the far end of this beautiful beach. You can make a loop by walking back along the beach. On a sunny day the water here can be warm.
