Directions:

From Halifax take Highway 101 towards Windsor and take Exit 7. Turn right. take a left by Pothier Motors, and follow road straight through the intersection with the convienence store. Follow road past Avon Valley golf course, turn right on Eldrige road. After the road turns to dirt the trail head is about 800 meters away.

Description:

This trail is part of the old coach road that went from Yarmouth to Halifax. The trail is used as a logging road and sees some ATV use but it is also used to access many other trails. This area is covered in brooks and hardwood forest and is a great biking area where the terrain is more important than the view.
