Albion Trail

Directions:

There are multiple access points in New Glasgow and Stellarton. In New Glasgow take Stellarton Rd. to the Duff Cemetery, park in the area provided. Once on the trail walk towards the river to get to the Albion Trail.

Description:
The Albion Trail extends the well-known Samson trail from the Duff Cemetery to Bridge Avenue in Stellarton. The trail follows the East River of Pictou and will take you past the train bridge and under the 104 Highway to the Nova Scotia Museum of Industry.

Until this point the trail is well kept and easy. The trail continues from here to Bridge Ave. but the quality of the trail diminishes a little but is still very good and looks like it will improve as they develop the trail.

This is a great community built trail system and is worth checking out.
